How does your pricing work?
Our flat-rate promise means that we quote you one price on a job, and that price won't change. If it ends up requiring more work, we lose money. If it takes less work, we make money.

What is your avaliblity?
ASAP!
Unlike our competitors, we are available for many same-day inspections. If we can't get to you that day, we'll book for this week.
How long will it take to complete my project?
This totally depends on what the project is.
We give priority to emergency situations like major leaks or blockages. A typical leak detection will take about an hour.
Small fixture installations can take a few hours, while large remodels and building from scratch can take up to a year.
What does my insurance cover?
That's one of the few questions we can't answer for you. To determine your coverage, please contact your insurance adjuster.
